From Anxiety & Fear to Gratitude with Mind Body Spirit Release™

Hello Friend!

I want to share an important insight that can profoundly impact your emotional well-being.

It's IMPOSSIBLE

to simultaneously

hold both anxiety or fear

AND

gratitude in your mind.

The two emotions are energetically opposed, and when we focus on gratitude, we naturally shift away from feelings of fear and worry.

However, if you find it difficult to let go of anxiety, fear, or even recurring negative thoughts, it might be because of past events that have imprinted deeply within you—often at an unconscious level. These imprints can create blocks that keep you stuck in these negative emotional patterns, preventing you from fully experiencing the peace and joy that comes with gratitude.

This is where Mind Body Spirit Release™ (MBSR™) comes in. The MBSR Method™ is a powerful technique designed to clear past traumas, negative emotions, and subconscious blocks. By addressing these imprints, it helps you release the emotional weight that keeps you anchored in fear or anxiety. Once those blocks are cleared, you can more easily step into a mindset of gratitude and abundance.

Here are some practical tips to help you shift your mindset from anxiety or fear into gratitude:

    1. Start with Small Moments of Gratitude: Begin by acknowledging small things you're grateful for, even if they seem insignificant. This can be as simple as appreciating a warm cup of coffee or a friendly conversation. My favorite mug by Jenessa Wait is one that daily encourages a positive mind shift!

    1. Deep Breathing: When you feel anxiety and fear creeping in, take a moment to focus on your breath. Inhale deeply, hold for a moment, and then exhale slowly. This helps calm the nervous system and create space for gratitude. My favorite Breathwork Practitioner Kimberly Rose has some incredible FREE resources for you!

    1. Reframe Negative Thoughts: When a fearful or anxious thought arises, gently question its validity and look for a more positive or neutral way to frame the situation. Instead of thinking, "I can't handle this," try, "I'm learning how to deal with this step by step." 1. Keep a Gratitude Journal: Write down three things you’re grateful for each day. This simple practice rewires the brain to focus on the positive rather than dwelling on fear or anxiety. My favorite Gratitude & More Journal is by Go + Tell Gals!

    1. Visualize a Positive Outcome: When anxiety strikes, close your eyes and visualize a positive outcome to your current challenge. Imagine how grateful you’ll feel when things go well.

    1. Connect with Nature: Take a walk or sit in a park and pray, to ground yourself. Nature has a way of reminding us of our Creator, soothing our fears and helping us reconnect with a sense of peace and gratitude that only comes from Jesus! This fun hat by Jenessa Wait is a great addition for days you get out in nature to refocus on gratitude!

  1. Release Trapped Emotions with Mind Body Spirit Release™: The deeper emotions behind anxiety and fear are often linked to unresolved trauma or emotional imprints. Mind Body Spirit Release™ can help you access and clear these, making it easier to live in a state of gratitude. Learn more about the Christian modality of Mind Body Spirit Release HERE.
