8 Spiritual Blocks Potentially Hindering You from Walking in Joy & Freedom! #7: Pathways
Do you ever find yourself repeating the same thought patterns, actions or reactions while in specific situations or with specific individuals?
This is what we call a "Pathway" and it is often referred to as being "stuck in a rut".
Isaiah 43:18-19 ESV says,
"Remember not the former things,
nor consider the things of old.
Behold, I am doing a new thing;"
The beauty of Mind Body Spirit Release™ is that we incorporate science and scripture to draw you closer to Jesus so you can experience freedom and release from Pathways created by past thought patterns, actions and reactions.
Through the power of the Holy Spirit, accompanied with The MBSR Method™, I have the distinct honor of watching clients break free from Pathways including: Negative self-talk, Anxiety. Negative thought patterns and so much more!
Watching my clients walking in their newfound Freedom and Joy is truly the most JOYOUS part of my Practice. Seeing Isaiah 43:18-19 come ALIVE in people as they break free from the Pathways blocking them from embracing the "new thing(s)" God is doing in their life is such a gift!
- Perhaps you're stuck in a Pathway of self-destruction regarding addiction to alcohol, pornography, or eating.
- Perhaps you're stuck in a Pathway of negativity; your mind automatically goes to the worst case scenario without trying to.
- Perhaps you're stuck in a Pathway of defeat or discouragement over your marriage, or career; constantly dwelling on the wishes you have, yet aren't seeing fulfilled.
If you feel like you're "stuck in a rut" of unhealthy patterns and you'd like to start living FREE and fully awake, I would love to come alongside you! Feel free to BOOK A FREE DISCOVERY CALL with me!
With Love,
