6 Bible Verses When You’re Feeling Sad
Sometimes the weight of life just gets to us and we become overwhelmed with sadness.
I can relate, as I have faced tremendous losses in my life that lent to many seasons of deep sadness which required self-discipline, accompanied with Christian modalities like talk-therapy/counseling, Mind Body Spirit Release™, prayer, and reading encouraging books.
All of these modalities are beautiful and serve a powerful purpose in our lives. However, I have found that the best tool to pull me out of my sadness is to meditate on Scriptures from God's Word, the Bible.
Below are 6 images with Scripture Verses that will help pull you out of your sadness!

Bible Scripture meditation, paired with The MBSR Method™ serves as what I like to call a "dynamic duo" of power through the work of the Holy Spirit, to bring healing at a cellular level, bringing lasting change.
If you are stuck in a new season, or have been in a long season of sadness, would you allow me to come alongside you and encourage you along your healing journey? Together with Mind Body Spirit Release™ and the power of God's Word, you will be able to find JOY and PEACE again!
CLICK HERE to book a FREE DISCOVERY CALL with me, where we will discuss how Mind Body Spirit Release™ can help bring freedom from sadness.
I pray these 6 verses serve to lift your head and bring you comfort, joy and peace that only comes from Jesus.
With love,
Satin Pelfrey
