Tired of Being Tired – It’s Common for Women to Live Exhausted

Hello Friend!

While it may be common for women to live exhausted their whole lives, it Is not healthy, nor is it God’s design for us!

Whether you’re a Mama of littles, teens or an empty nester, a Grandma, a wife, a businesswoman, a business owner or (fill in the blank) this message is for YOU! As women, we ALL need the level of encouragement + tools to navigate our busy lives!

Let’s grow away from the acceptance of being exhausted all the time and learn how to Receive God’s Realistic Rest for Our Soul-Deep Exhaustion!

I would love for YOU to join my Women’s Emotional Support Group where we will dive into the book Tired of Being Tired by Jess Connolly.

My heart's desire in creating this Emotional Support Group is to provide a safe space for us to share our stories and struggles while learning through those struggles and coming out of this group Turning our Pain into Empowerment!

HOW: We will meet Via Zoom - a link will be sent & used for every session.

WHEN: For 6 weeks starting July 10th - August 14th, 2024, from 6-7pm CST.

Receive God’s Realistic Rest for Your Soul-Deep Exhaustion (Includes Rhythms and Reflections for Fatigued Women to Experience the Abundant Life God Intended).

Can't wait to dive in together!
