Satin’s Back to School/Fall Recommendations | Tired of Being Tired

For the whole month of September,

I am bringing you:

10 of my Back to School/Fall Recommendations!

My hope is to provide you with ideas for combatting the fall bugs brought home from school + self-care ideas both for you and your home.  All these recommendations are for women wanting to meet their families with vibrance, while using holistic products from companies with values they can trust!
Today, I bring you JESS CONNOLLY

My Jess Connolly product pick is her:
"Tired of Being Tired Book + Study Guide"

This book changed my life! No, really, I'm not just saying that, I mean it with all sincerity.
God has used several of Jess Connolly's books to bring healing and transformation to my life and I consider myself blessed by her writings.

For the woman or mom who finds herself weary to the bone, desiring to do all the things, but just utterly exhausted: GRAB THIS BOOK. This book will be tremendously helpful for you as you enter the Fall Season of work, school and holidays.

In this book, Jess beautifully describes the 4 areas of fatigue we experience:
  1. Emotional
  2. Mental
  3. Physical
  4. Spiritual

Jess provides a little quiz within the book to help you determine the area(s) you are currently most fatigued AND she provides practical tools + tips for navigating your full season.

I had the distinct honor of leading five other women through this book through my Summer 2024 Emotional Support Group, and every single woman walked away encouraged and empowered to "Receive God's Realistic Rest for their Soul-Deep Exhaustion" (words by Jess Connolly).

Friend, grab the Book or Audible + the Study Guide and start this Fall Season equipped to THRIVE in Jesus' name!
