For the Health of It: Vitamins

/

Last week, I introduced you to my personal Chiropractor and Nutritionist, Dr. Jill Plentl because she is currently helping me and my husband so much with our health!

Today, I want to share her most recent post on Covid-19 and the importance vitamins play in feeding our cells what they need to combat any disease that’s thrown at us!

During a time when most of what we’re hearing from the media is “doom and gloom”, with statistics of how many are infected, dying, or expected to die, it’s pretty discouraging and can be straight up depressing and scary! However, Dr. Jill does an amazing job at reminding us that God created our bodies to heal themselves; we just need to arm the watchmen to fight for us!

I want to encourage you today to take a few minutes to absorb the information presented, with an open mind, in an effort to insure your body is properly armed with the nutrients necessary to combat Covid-19 and any other disease(s) we’re threatened with on a daily basis.

If you’d like help developing your Covid-19 Battle Plan, click here. Dr. Jill has loads of information available, including which foods to steer clear of and which ones to consume on a daily basis!

If you’d like to dive in even deeper and learn about the specific vitamins our bodies need in order to combat all this Covid-19 and more, then check out her podcast here. This podcast is chalked full of amazing information, yet she presents it in a very “digestible” way, for all of us non-science people, or “newbs” to the health world {wink}. She’s amazing!

Let’s do this, “For the Health of it”.

A Not So Merry Christmas

As you know, this has been a very difficult year for me as I journey through the loss of my truth teller, business advisor, and Daddy. I miss him deeply, so although Christmas has always been one of my favorite holidays, this year, it’s not quite as merry for me. Then it dawned on me……

When Your Dream Looks Different Than You Imagined

It’s funny how we imagine our dreams to look one way, yet they turn out looking totally different, isn’t it? I imagined that working from home would give me a set schedule with set hours. Having a set schedule would enable me to pack my hubby’s lunch, and make his morning coffee, see him off…
