For the Health of It: Vitamins
Last week, I introduced you to my personal Chiropractor and Nutritionist, Dr. Jill Plentl because she is currently helping me and my husband so much with our health!
Today, I want to share her most recent post on Covid-19 and the importance vitamins play in feeding our cells what they need to combat any disease that’s thrown at us!
During a time when most of what we’re hearing from the media is “doom and gloom”, with statistics of how many are infected, dying, or expected to die, it’s pretty discouraging and can be straight up depressing and scary! However, Dr. Jill does an amazing job at reminding us that God created our bodies to heal themselves; we just need to arm the watchmen to fight for us!
I want to encourage you today to take a few minutes to absorb the information presented, with an open mind, in an effort to insure your body is properly armed with the nutrients necessary to combat Covid-19 and any other disease(s) we’re threatened with on a daily basis.

This podcast is chalked full of amazing information, yet she presents it in a very “digestible” way, for all of us non-science people, or “newbs” to the health world {wink}. She’s amazing!
