🎙Answering God’s Nudge: The Podcast I Never Knew I’d Launch

Hello Friend!

I am absolutely thrilled (and honestly a little teary!) to finally share something that has been on my heart for quite some time. đź’›

After months of praying, planning, recording, laughing (and maybe a few nerves), my dear friend & soul sister Sarah Phillipe and I are launching our brand new podcast, Spirit-Filled Girl Talk, TODAY!

🌿 What is Spirit-Filled Girl Talk?

At its core, Spirit-Filled Girl Talk is so much more than just another podcast. This is the kind of conversation Sarah and I have been having behind-the-scenes for years:

✨ The real stuff.
✨ The tender stuff.
✨ The honest, Spirit-led, heart-to-heart talks that go way beyond surface-level “girl talk.”

Because let’s be honest — many of us have felt the ache of shallow conversations, comparison, or even loneliness.
We wanted to create something different.

đź’› Our Vision for the Podcast

Spirit-Filled Girl Talk is where:

  • 🎙 Real-life meets real faith.

  • 🙌 Jesus is at the center of every conversation.

  • đź’¬ Vulnerability is safe, and depth is celebrated.

  • 🕊 The Holy Spirit leads and speaks.

We’ll talk openly about friendship in your 40s, healing from past wounds, marriage, motherhood, grief, identity, purpose, calling, waiting, surrender — nothing is off-limits, because real life isn’t off-limits to God.

  • This podcast is for the woman who loves Jesus and still has questions.
  • For the woman who craves deeper connections and often feels unseen.
  • For the woman who wants to be both deeply rooted and radically surrendered.

And friend? If you’re here reading this — it’s for you.

🌸 What You Can Expect

Every episode will feel like you're sitting across the table from us, coffee or tea in hand, sharing what God is teaching us — in the messy, beautiful, in-between spaces of life. You'll hear:

  • Honest stories from our personal walks with Jesus

  • Practical wisdom grounded in the Word

  • Biblical encouragement for real-life struggles

  • A whole lot of grace, laughter, and sisterhood

🎧 Our First Pilot Episode is Available NOW!

Season One will have roughly 18-24 total episodes, launching one-per-week on Wednesdays, starting today, June 4, 2025.

🤍 Join Us on This Journey

My prayer is that Spirit-Filled Girl Talk will be a place where you feel seen, loved, and strengthened in your walk with the Lord — and that it gives you permission to be real, to surrender, and to pursue the kind of Spirit-filled life you were created for.

If this resonates with you, would you do me a favor?

With so much love and excitement,

The Dreaded "C" word: Cancer

I’ve been mulling over this post for several days now. My heart wants to go there, but my head does not. It’s not a  pretty place, it’s an awkward & painful place, yet at the same time it’s a beautiful place-if I choose to look at it that way. I still remember the day, as…
