Friday Fun Fact

Happy Fall Y’all!
Today I’m starting a new tradition: Friday Fun Facts, with the goal of helping you learn a little bit more about me outside of my MBSR™ Practice!
Having been born and living in San Diego, California for 40 years, then moving to Fort Worth, Texas in 2018 I have to say, I’m loving that we have better seasons than we had in California. Granted, Texas is known for the weather changing within ten minutes (HA HA) but regardless, we do get beautiful leaves changing in the Fall and frankly, that is my most favorite time of the year.

I would love it if you shared your favorite season with me!

Tag, you’re it!
