Encouragement for your heart
There’s something beautiful about encouraging someone else when we’re the ones needing encouragement the most.
Reaching out to someone when we’re hurting changes our focus from:
As we seek the One who gives healing, hope & life on behalf of someone else, we’re no longer able to stay in our own mud of:
Focusing our energy & emotions on encouraging another person in need, forces us to focus on God’s goodness surrounding us!
So next time you’re feeling discouraged, alone or hurting, as you share your struggle with a trusted friend, be prepared to give some encouragement as well.
Remember that it is in our struggle, that Jesus is working His best.

So many times when struggling, hurting, or discouraged the Lord has given me the peace and encouragement I need as I have been encouraging someone Somehow this little jewel of encouragement to others is not used as much as it should be in my life when I am drowning in my own problems and trials at the time.This tends to make me want to isolate myself instead of reaching out to someone else and offering encouragement that they need. When I forget about myself and reach out to others, I find peace and get victory in my own life.
It truly is amazing how God works beauty from pain & struggle! It’s such a gift to watch Him use us when we least expect it! 🙂 Love to you-always! ♥
