6 Live Events Potentially Hindering You from Healing Mentally, Emotionally, Spiritually or Physically

Are you aware that emotions from events we experience are stored within the body?
Most of us live our lives unaware of just how deep an event can impact us.
However, if we truly want to be healthy it is vital we acknowledge and release any negatively stored emotions, limiting beliefs or even vows we've made, so we can truly heal.

Below is a list of the 9 life events

plus examples of said events

that could be hindering you

from the healing you're longing to see in your life:

  1. Emotional Health Event (an emotional wound from someone we care about)
  2. Mental Health Event (a mental diagnosis)
  3. Physical Health Event (an injury, accident, termination of pregnancy)
  4. Monetary-Related Event (losing a job, home, vehicle, or an investment)
  5. Natural Disaster Event (tornado, earthquake, hurricane, flood, ice storm, fire)
  6. Societal Event (group/team building, public performance)
  7. Relationship-Related Event (affair, death of spouse, divorce, break-up)
  8. Spiritual Crisis (church hurt, abuse of power, abuse of scripture)
  9. Work-Related Event (company party, team building, losing job, job relocation)

If you've ever experienced any of these life events and would like to discover and release the stored negative emotions, limiting beliefs etc. that are hindering you from deeper healing then Mind Body Spirit Release™ is for you! I would be honored to come alongside you!
